What everyone asks before deciding
Is the website mine?
Yes. Everything we build specifically for you — the website, the tracking and the lead CRM — is your property once paid. The only thing that works as a service is the WhatsApp agent, which stays active while you pay the monthly fee.
What happens if I cancel the monthly fee?
The WhatsApp agent turns off. The website, the tracking and the lead CRM keep working and remain yours.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Every published price already includes VAT. The number you see is the number you pay.
How do I pay?
The one-time payment is split in two: half when you approve the proposal and half on delivery. The agent's monthly fee is paid month by month from the day it goes live.
How long does it take?
Between 10 and 15 business days from the moment you approve the proposal, depending on availability. We give you the estimated date before we start.
What if I go over the conversation quota?
Nothing gets cut off. If you consistently exceed your tier's quota, you move to the next tier from the following month. Above the top tier, we put together a proposal tailored to you.
